Email Communication
Do not include medical information or health-related questions in emails.
Emails are not monitored for clinical assessment or urgent advice.
Contact the clinic by phone or book an appointment for health concerns
Prescription Renewals
Renewals are not accepted via email or pharmacy requests.
Patients must book an appointment (phone or in-person) to ensure optimal and safe care when continuing medications.
Appointments & Urgent Care
Emergencies cannot be handled via email. Call 911 for urgent or life-threatening conditions.
Late arrivals may be rescheduled.
Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. No-show fees may apply.
Billing & Insurance
Some services are not covered by MSP; patients are responsible for fees per the Non-Insured Services Schedule of Doctors of BC.
Patients are responsible for timely payment of all charges.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Verbal, physical, or online abuse toward staff or physicians will not be tolerated.
Abusive behavior may result in termination of care.
Privacy & Medical Records
All patient information is handled according to BC privacy laws.
Medical records are securely stored and shared only with authorized parties.
Requests for copies must be submitted in writing.
AI Scribe Technology
The clinic uses AI scribe technology to assist with documentation.
The system is HIPAA-compliant and secure.
If you have any concerns, please notify your physician. We respect your wishes if you prefer AI scribe not to be used for your visits.
Telehealth / Virtual Visits
Some concerns require in-person evaluation for safe and effective care.
Medication, Treatments & Referrals
Prescriptions and referrals follow evidence-based guidelines.
Discuss questions or concerns with your physician during appointments.
Cosmetic / Clinical Photography
Consent is required for any clinical or cosmetic photography.
Images are securely stored and used only as agreed by the patient.
Health & Safety
Infection control follows CPSBC and public health guidelines.
Patients may be asked to follow safety protocols during outbreaks.
